SIZE: Available in multiple sizes. Custom sizes available upon request.

MEDIA: All custom paintings (mini, small and standard) are mixed media on paper. The specific media is dependent on the subject and will include two or more of the following: watercolors, inks, textured grounds, soft pastels, acrylics, tempera, gouaches, colored pencils.

Digital portraits are provided as ready to print file (max size 8×10 print) and are fully drawn and painted digitally from my tablet and/or PC. 

SUBJECT: Please note that these are whimsical, imaginary portraits and not realistic depictions of the subject/s.

SHIPPING: shipped in a clear sleeve inside of rigid cardboard to prevent damage

FRAMING: Mini paintings include mini frames (various colors and types to best suit the artwork). All other sizes do NOT come framed

TIME: The turnaround time is 1-4 weeks from the date of order. Shipment timing varies. If you would like the order to be expedited, please contact me directly via Contact form or email. I will send you a link to pay for the additional rush order fee ($75).

PROCESS:

• After you place your order you will be prompted to reach out to me via email to provide at least 3 photos of the pet for the portrait. If instead of a pet you want to feature a magical animal, just let me know the name of the animal and/or provide reference photos to best suit specific requests.
• In your email please also add any other information that may be relevant, such as favorite colors or other specific requests. I will try my best to accommodate them. I am also happy to talk over the phone upon request.
• Please send the email within 1-2 days of placing your order or it will be delayed. Please send the email right away if this is a rush order.

FINAL ARTWORK: before shipping your painting I will send you a photo and/or video of it. Please note that colors on photos/videos may not appear exactly identical to the real painting due to the different nature of real paint versus digital media and screen/monitor rendering. Please note that while I can possibly accommodate very small changes to the final painting, all commissions are final and non-refundable.

RETURNS and REFUNDS: No refunds or returns allowed except for damaged item/artwork due to shipping.
